The person at the desk needs to be more welcoming. Shr barely smiles all the times that I come.

This wasn’t our 1st visit to Chelsea 5 Gastropub, and we’ve returned because of the food and service. During this visit, however, we felt invisible to the wait staff. Our drinks weren’t refilled, and we had to ask 3 times to get my husband a 2nd cup of coffee. No one even asked how our dinners were during or after our meal. We ate our entire meal without being checked on until it was time for dessert which came with it. Jennifer the bar tender always makes us feel welcome. Don't pass on the Lobster Cheesecake appetizer! Rated food as four stars as our favorite shrimp and grits is off the menu and hopefully it will return. Best restaurant view in Tropicana!

The stuff shrimp was tough. Damien the manager went above n beyond to remove the item from our check. We were celebrating our anniversary. We even got a drink to compensate for the error.

Was somewhat disappointed in food and selection. The Buffalo chicken egg roll was good, but The fries were overly salty and I would expect a "gastropub" to offer more than three sandwich selections ( including a burger). My chicken sandwich was somewhat dry and bland. My bf enjoyed the filet sliders, and the bread was very good.
