Glad I found this place. It is a hike from the casino, but well worth it if you're ordering the right things. The Clams Casino are worth the trek through two buildings! The Lobster Bisque is a sad miss. It completely missed the mark on the richness usually associated with Lobster Bisque, but was still tasty for what it was. Had a great time at this restaurant. Got an ocean view while enjoying a tasty meal. Had the filet sliders and a few apps. They also included the Oreo Cheesecake on the house. Delicious. Served JD was the best. Didn’t wait long for the food.
Mixed feelings on this place. Heard so many people rave about this restaurant so my friends and I came here to celebrate a birthday. For a Saturday night, it was packed but we had reservations! This was my first time dining at Chelsea 5 but it won't be my last!! The food was very tasty and I love the fact that the menu has something for everyone. The cocktails were delicious as well! I started off with the Jumbo crab cocktail and it didn't disappoint. I ordered the Prime Rib special for my main entree and it was amazing. Chelsea 5 gets 5 stars from me. Everything was great. Views were great, service was top notched, and food was great. Our server was friendly and answered any of our menu questions. Everything came out as ordered and tasted delicious. Definitely recommend making reservations. You can get a window seat but there's a charge for that. Prices are a little on the high side but it's in a casino, down the shore so it's to be expected.
