We were first time home buyers, and at times we felt as though that fact was forgotten. Sometimes we asked questions, and the responses we received sometimes came across as something we should have known. Closing day was a little messy. It was never shared with us that the person we would be closing with was someone we had never heard of/met. And when we had issues, we couldn't get anyone on the phone to help, causing us to be late.

Communication seemed mismatched within company. Would be told things would clear, which later wouldn't. Also having to resubmit the same form 7 times over a period of weeks because of tech issues on the company side is never fun.
