Prior to getting our appointment it was very difficult to get one booked for my daughter. I had left a few messages with no returned calls. Once we got an appointment it went as well as it could because Hayley M is incredible. since Covid My daughter has been nervous with anything medical like. She struggles at the dentist and each time we go see Hayley she gets her that much further along. We are very grateful for our experience with Hayley each and every time.
The staff at Chemong Family Dental are an absolute pleasure. They are very helpful, compassionate and provide detailed information on procedures and tips to improve your oral health. Jennifer is an incredible Dental Hygienist, she was very kind, considerate and helpful. She made the first visit extremely comfortable and fun. I've always been pleased with my experiences at Chemong Family Dental but this week I was disappointed. I went in for the first appointment and was going to be charged $150 for the appointment which was less than 5 minutes and when I spoke up, it changed to $75. I asked for a quote and I was told a coordinator would email it to me, I never received it. I figured a filling would be between $200 - 300. It came to almost $500. My daughter had her first checkup (ride in the chair) yesterday! Hygienist Anna made it super fun and worry free for her! Highly recommend Chemong Family Dental!
My experience at Chemong Family Dental was fantastic. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I knew I was in good hands within the first 15 minutes of my visit. I left my visit happy and looking forward to the next.
