I reached out to Zach after trying to use a family member realtor who is not in the area (he could not show us houses). He got a sense of what we were looking for right away and took us out to look. I was so impressed with his knowledge, he knew what to look for (rotting wood, copper plumbing etc) and always had good insight. Cherrie and Zach are the best!! If you need to sell or buy or rent, these 2 are the way to go. Not only are they professional, they are comforting. They always answer calls and texts. They make you feel like you're the only customer they have. A plus for us was they would meet us where ever we needed them to. Not only do we have new realitors, we have new friends!!

Cherrie is really a real estate rockstar! Very knowledgeable & full of energy! Really worked hard to help us sell our house. Answers any questions you have, even in the middle of the night! I don't think she ever sleeps, lol! Just really a great person to work with!

Can't recommend Cherrie and Zach enough! Both are amazing at what they do. No matter what time of day (really!) Cherri was there and able to answer any questions or respond to any problems that popped up while we looked for a house. Zach and Cherrie are also incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and the markets they cover. 5 stars isn't enough to describe how awesome Cherrie and Zach are at what they do.

I absolutely could not have imagined this whole thing going any easier thanks to Zach and Cherrie. Complete experts in the area, they knew exactly where we could find what we were looking for.
