It has been 4 business today and I we still have our credit card paid for and now it is late and he not received our extra cash out. We paid you as soon as you needed all moneys for the refinance. Your company delayed the appraisal time and then the closing time. NOT US! I called Mutual of Omaha just 5 minutes ago and my loan isn't even their system. And the signing agent, didn't even notarize our documents in front of us.

Cherrie was excellent to deal with however dealing with Robert prior to her getting involved was absolutely horrific. Not only did we waste a bunch of time filled with false promises, but the delays actually cost us more money in the long run and delayed closing multiple times. We were very close to losing the house due to his negligence and it was a super stressful experience overall.

Cherrie was hard to get in touch with and very slow to return calls and emails. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response. I got the sense that she was too busy to handle my business. The rates were the best, otherwise I definitely not have used her for my re-fi.

Loan officer did not always answer my questions, some questions were when I didn’t understand the process or what was being asked of me. This led to unnecessary calls or worry on my part. All borrower questions deserve a response. Lengthy period of no communication from mortgage company so that I needed to finally ask for status of my loan. I believe each borrower should receive weekly communications regarding status.
