We came for the "soft opening" and they did a fantastic job on our hair!! Great atmosphere, all of the staff and owner are super helpful and nice and my hair looks great!! � I will definitely be back, thank you!!! It is great to finally have some blow dry and makeup options in Frisco! ��

I was a member for a long time and when COVID hit, I decided to keep my membership active to keep supporting the business even when they were closed. Finally, I decided to suspend my membership in August and at that time, I had accumulated credits for 12 blowouts. The lady I spoke with had explicitly told me the credits won’t expire. I finally decided to start using then and I am told that they won’t honor my credits! They say the policy now is that you lose your credits after 90 days. Dalia we are so sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our policies. The only people who can cancel a membership is a salon manager. We repeat over and over about the 90 day expiration. Your blow outs don’t expire as long as your account is active or just frozen. Unfortunately our hands are tied with this issue. First time client. Mentioned that the stylist was finishing up last client and it would be a few minutes. No problem. I waited for 20 minutes and when I asked how much longer they said they “would check but the stylist wasn’t feeling well and needed to lie down for a bit” and she would be out as soon as she could. They seemed shocked when I said I was going to go ahead and cancel. Really poor service/communication.

Stylist was nice and did a good job, but the lady with the glasses that checked me out was rude. I’ve always paid $45 for my blowouts here and it’s even advertised on a big poster in the window that it’s $45, but she said they just changed it to $49. I get they are trying to recoup losses from being closed from Covid and due to their high rent at the Star, but they should honor what’s displayed. Due to Covid 19 I have had to ask for my pre paid membership to be cancelled and refunded (un-used portion). My immune system is compromised and it troubles me that they are not sympathetic. My health is a top priority and disappointed they don’t seem to want to accommodate. Putting my head into a bowl used by many others and in general being in a proximity near others makes me uncomfortable.
