Reasonable very quiet....granite countertops in kitchen and baths, landscaping and grounds are beautiful as well as the pool. The fitness center needs an upgrade, it has older carpeting, the air conditioning could be higher, and the air is not fresh. They do not have security that monitors the gymn, parking lots and lobbies. It is a secured entrance but I see people wait for a resident to walk in and go in. 5 Star Living but without the 5 Star Price! Simply put, can't ask for anything more! Beautiful building and inviting landscaping, awesome amenities, amazing location! Feels more like a luxury condominium! The staff is excellent. Great amenities like Fitness Center, Game Room, Luxury Pool Area, Bocce Court, Putting Green, Tennis Court and BBQ's. AVOID THIS PROPERTY TLDR: Absolutely do not move in here. My vehicle was stolen from the 2nd floor of the parking garage the day I was moving out, in broad daylight. Terrible ventilation and the amenities look better in the pictures than they really are. I do not think anyone should willingly choose to live at this property. Unprofessional and Rude Leasing Staff Arrived on time for my 10:30 am appointment. Danielle, from leasing, told me to wait. She then proceeded to engage in a personal conversation with a couple regarding her daughter, and how she wants to start buying records, etc while I stood there waiting... Better to avoid this property. I recently moved here, almost a month now. They told me that the apartment is ready to move in, pay holding fees, security deposit, $65 to get it inspected by “professional” people to “make sure everything is ready to move in”. After a day they said all good, pay this month’s rent and you can move in. All good till now. When I moved in to the apartment, it had major issues. 1. Toilet seat was dirty/messy. 2. New Management is not good multiple noise complaints nothing done - still have construction disturbances left packages without notice of delivery. When confronted stated they are not responsible for notifying of packages even though old management did. When confront first they blamed me for not picking it up even though I went 3 times after the delivery date for other packages and this was not given to me. New Management Sucks! I lived here at Cherry Hill Towers for 5 years, before this new management I loved it here. Do Not Recommend At first when we came to the towers the management was extremely helpful and kind. However, after problems with their apartment (completely out of our control), they became frustrating to deal with. We have had an issue with our fridge shutting off, and have lost our food twice because of this (notified management, and never was reimbursed). Rude management/theft problem I lived here for a few months and had a terrible experience with management. The apartment was ok for a short term, except we had a bug problem. However, there is a problem of theft in the apartment complex and the management won't address it. I had multiple packages stolen from my front door, when the complex guarantees that we would have our packages always delivered to the front desk.
