Very professional, courteous, and follows thru on every promise she makes. I think there were too many unnecessary documents needed such as documents for my condo which I did not refinance, not going over the fees associated with the refi such as the lock in rate fee. The last minute urgent request for needed documents and signing of documents. I probably would have not followed through however the credit check was already done and a lot of my personal information was already submitted.

It seems that once the loan has been signed, the communication isn't as good. We are having a problem getting our disbursement money. We were told it would be wired to our account on a certain date and we didn't get it or a reason why. Left messages and got no response.
