The amount of time I waited in the exam room had me thinking the Dr. had forgotten about me. It was over 30 minutes and she did not apologize. Something needs to improve because this seems to always be this way but it had never been this long. Dr also hurt me as she cut the length of my iud but for this she did apologize. The length of the time the dr was doing her routine exam was short but it was not very pleasant.
