He is great. We went there with our Hope girl. Not to mention my other fur babies. He got on the floor with her examined her. We did the testing and we unfortunately had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. He explained what would take place to my 16 year old daughter. Walked her through the whole process. He stayed with us. He pet and talked to and held our Hope's paw through the end and even after He even told my daughter who said she wished she could have done more.
