We moved back to the Cleveland Area from the East Coast and purchased a Condo and then a Home from Craig (both within a 2 year time frame). The Condo was of modest cost and the Home was higher end, but Craig and Chestnut HIll treated us with the same level of service and attention for both purchases. They are alway's available and their attention to detail and our needs was excellent. When we moved into the home, Chestnut Hill managed the rental of our condo and found us excellent tenants. I must say that Craig and Chestnut hill made a very stressful process enjoyable and simple.

We relocated from the East Coast and purchased a Condo and a Home ( within a two year period) from Craig and Chestnut Hil Reality. The Condo was a modest cost and the home was higher end, but in both cases, we were treated with the same high level of excellent service, immediate follow up and focus from Craig and his team. Chestnut Hill made the stressful process of relocation and purchasing a home seem easy and fun. When we moved into our home, they managed the rental of our Condo and found us the best tenants possible (same tenents now renting for the second year). We could not give Craig and Chestnut HIll a higher recommendation!

I have purchased and sold my last 3 homes without the help of a real estate agent which I now officially regret after working with Linda, as I'm sure the outcome would have been to my benefit. She is a true professional who genuinely cares for her clients. I have never come across a more hardworking person in the real estate field. I would recommend her and Chestnut Hill to anyone!
