The staff is very friendly. Little to no wait time. Dr. Kanaparthi is so sweet and kind.
Not a long wait! Kind, apologetic because I did not need an office visit. Reminded me of my my next colonoscopy in 5 years.
First, her entire staff, especially Alexis, is very kind and replies to emails quickly. Secondly, Dr K listens to me and takes the time to educate so I can better manage my disease. She truly cares and I feel she is always cheering me on to be my best. She goes above and beyond in helping me and making sure I have medicine needed to help. I'm really fortunate for her and her team. She's amazing!!!
As a medical professional, I am very critical about the care I receive. She listens, explains what is being done and why and how it will help. She is open to suggestions and if sounds reasonable with comply. She and her MA, Alexis, are very attentive and return messages quickly. I am very pleased and comfortable with the care I receive.
Dr. Kanaparthi has been very patient and helpful while I was dealing with several health problems. Very Informative and supportive. I would give 10 stars! Highly Recommend for all Gastrointestinal issues.

Was very impressed with Dr. Kkanaparthi. She listens very carefully and seems to be intuitive to how you are feeling emotionally as well as physically. She explains her diagnosis and plan of action and makes her patients feel confident in her care.
