I arrived early and fortunately got called in earlyThe tech /nurse was so nice and explained everything to me. I asked about having a large blackhead on my upper back possibly removed today. Then Dr Jung came in and checked my chest it looked okay so I mentioned my pimple. He assessed it and was able to excise it with no problem. So grateful another visit was not needed unless I had future concern. Made yearly appointment and left feeling well cared for. Thank you Dr Jung and assistant, another great experience
There was a very minimal waiting time upon my arrival. Dr. Yung for the many many years I have seen him listens and has always provided the necessary support. Nurse Shannon was also a person I would like to recognize for her professional discussion we shared with a brief conversation during my time at the office.
I see Dr. W Yung for a yearly checkup since I am in the sun quite a bit. He is thorough and if needed removes anything suspicious. I have the utmost confidence in him.
He listened to all concerns and was diligent in his observation of my skin and areas of concern.
Dr Yung is a excellent Dermatologist. During a yearly routine body check he found a very small spot on my arm and said it looks suspicious. The spot was so small I didn’t notice it. However it was melanoma. Dr Yung was able to completely remove it and I’m cancer free for over a year. I see him every 3 months now
Dr. Yung is not for everyone. He is very abrupt, aggressive, rather chaotic, and certainly an overwhelming man. He walked in the exam room, stuck his finger directly in the center of my ulcerated lesion and was shocked when I cringed in pain. Totally uncalled for! Furthermore he diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease, when he couldn't find the lab work. I had to pull it up on my phone to prove I tested negative. Not what I'm looking for in medical care......
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Waited for 54 minutes to see a doctor without one apology. Not ok. My time is important too. This blatant disregard of timeliness by doctors is no longer acceptable. There are choices when you select a doctor. Select one that knows how to manage a schedule and thinks that their patience time is as important as theirs is. I booked my appt 4 weeks out.. soonest they could see us.
I waited in waiting room for 50 minutes. There were several people waiting. When they took back an older woman who came in after me and then took back a woman who said her appointment was at 12:15 I asked for my paperwork back and left. My appointment was at 11:15 and I was still sitting there. Very inconsiderate to overbook and make people wait that long.
