I don't write reviews often but I was so impressed with the staff at this office. I went in to have two wisdom teeth removed and I was extremely nervous. Jarret at the front desk was very nice and helped me with my paperwork. After waiting in the lobby for only a short time, I was called to the back and the nerves started to kick in again. Just give me the sleeping gas I kept thinking. Dr.Hill and his staff were very professional and set my nervous child at ease for her wisdom tooth surgery. The procedure was painless and we were in and out of the office in an hour and a half including the consultation.
Dr. Hill and team are great! Everything was explained very clearly during the procedure and the staff checked in regularly. Mid-procedure Dr. Hill changed course to better address the issue I was having and in the end it both resolved the issue and was less money. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if more work is needed I will not hesitate!
It is no fun having to have a molar extracted and having an implant done, but both my husband and I could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Dr. Kunkle and his staff. The moment we walked into the DC office we were acknowledged and treated with respect. The staff are friendly and efficient.
