NOT GOOD! Daughter went in a bit ago to have wisdom teeth removed. One of the assistants started her iv without gloves as well as giving her numbing gel on a qtip without gloves. VERY GROSS, NOT sanitary at all. My kid explained how she was very awake and aware during surgery, was heavily crying and couldn't breathe due to anxiety yet they continued. The staff seemed nice at first then became very rude. 0/10 do not go here.

BUYER/PATIENT BE AWARE! Went to the Joliet office for a surgery consult and loved the doctor/staff was excellent. When I went to the Downers Grove location for my surgery, I was informed that they collected a certain percentage of the total surgery costs to cover whatever insurance would "possibly" not cover. They said that if my insurance ended up covering more than what I was being charged then they would refund the difference. Horrible billing department. Takes too long to settle disputes. Shame, brings down the entire office. Please keep track of all services and EOB's from your insurance company.

Dr. Bruno at the Plainfield office was exceptional for my consult and surgery. My low rating is due to their front desk. I will never go to the Plainfield office again simply because the receptionist is completely rude, lacks bed side manner and truly never tries to help with any questions. Uses the sweet receptionist voice when you know she is just belittling you. I am completely appalled that they would let someone like that work as a receptionist. She represents the whole office very poorly.
