They take the time to explain things and they show you what they are doing when they are doing it. The Office is super clean And all staff members show consistent professionalism and kindness. I love Chicago Style Smiles. Dr. Dow is my dentist and he filled a cavity for my first appointment after a few years of neglect 😬. I’m so appreciative of him taking care of my teeth like that off the bat because it was a pretty serious hole in my tooth and was at risk of root canal. The staff is also really great! Good vibes throughout the entire office and friendly people. ❤️

I got my Invisalign with Dr. Dow and he also dies anything else I need. He's the first dentist who takes time to really educate me and I like that. I'm almost done with my Invisalign and they look great! The staff is the best around!!!! Oh and my teeth are always gleaming after a cleaning!!!!! Easy to get to near all public transportation. Highly recommend ����
