We just had all our windows replaced by Chicago Window Guys and are very happy with the service and results! Russ is wonderful to work with, very patient and answered all our questions. He was very attentive to our requests and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Russ and the guys did a great job at a fair price! Not only that, they got my windows in early!!! I can't say enough good things about "The Window Guys".
We worked directly with the owner Russ. Russ came out to our home (very nice guy) showed us our options and gave us a fantastic price. I did not know anything about this company but Russ told me what I wanted to hear and made me feel comfortable. We asked for payment terms and he worked with us so that it was easy for us to lock in the deal. The craftsmanship of the sliding door is solid and the installers were perfectionists and very clean.
We love our new windows! Met Russ Armstrong at Home Show. He came to our house to show us his windows and to give us a quote. He arranged a tour of the Windows Solution plant. We were impressed with the quality of the windows. Everyone we met, from initial presentation by Russ Armstrong to installation by Bart and Tommy, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The entire process went flawlessly. We highly recommend Chicago Window Guys/Russ Armstrong for any window needs you might have!
Russ is a very personable guy that wants your business, and wants you to be happy with your windows. Russ gave me a window demonstration at my home and was very receptive to our ideas and wants.
