Cute casino but needs brighter lighting. Restaurant is super small! Guest service mediocre. Great at the gate but rough at the finish line.

Very poor ventilation!!! To much smoking ! People in the Bingo hall are very nice! The machines in the casino are terrible! Very hard to win or entertain !
Had a blast at playing bingo, a tad expensive, employees were super nice, but my only drawback was the other players. They are so grumpy and not fond of you laughing and having a good time even during the parts where numbers aren’t being called which made it impossible to enjoy because you might get snapped at. We were in the Bingo area. Staff were helpful, friendly and kind! My only complaint is the smoke! A non smoking table is a moot point when there are smoking tables all around and the ventilation system doesn't remove it. Get with the times and only allow it outdoors!
It's to smokey, horrible service, and to cramped. If you want a great place to play go up to Black Oak Casino it's only an extra 20 mins away and 100× better.
The casino was very small. They allow people to hog (use more than 1 machine at a time) machines. And the smoke was so thick. We only stayed about 20 min.
i dont like the new slots at chicken ranch. the old ones paid better, these new ones suck.... it a rip off more than ever now.. Black oak better wins by far
