Schedule an appointment for my son’s first visit 3 weeks in advance. They sent me all the initial paperwork via email so they would have all his insurance information ready to make it easier once we arrived. 2 days before his appointment I received a voicemail saying they had over booked so they needed to reschedule (i had already requested the time off for this appointment). Worst place ever !!!! They need customer service school and people that like their job.
Do not recommend!!! My daughter was given her numbing shots for a crown and filling and by the time the dentist worked on her she was able to feel everything and then to top it off I asked for a white crown and they said ok that's fine and she comes home with a silver crown (my husband took her) and I called and all of a sudden they don't do white crowns on baby teeth!!! Never again will my daughter go back there!!
This place is the worse place to bring your child to get any type of treatment ! As a parent you want the best for your children and this is just not the place !!!!!
