My children and I have had mixed experiences there. The first time we went for a filling, my daughter complained of pain for months and the doctor minimized it. Then again, when a spacer fell out, the doctor put it in at such an angle that it cut my daughter’s gums and tongue and she could not eat. When I called to see when we could get in to fix it, the person answering the phone was not able to find a time before 6 days, so I came back that day and said we would wait until they fixed it. I brought my 1 year old baby girl to her first dentist appointment here, but was overall disappointed with the environment and customer service. Even though the dentists knew it was my little baby’s first time, they had no patience when she was scared/unsure of the big moving seat that they wanted her to lay down in. My kids experiences here have been decent. But the dentist are constantly changing. There is absolutely no consistency. We had appointments set up to do cleanings and they canceled them the day of because apparently the dentist at this office doesn’t accept our dental insurance anymore. But other dentist at their other offices do. That seems very suspicious. Sounds like delta dental doesn’t want to cover their new dentist. Which is a major red flag.
