The staff is amazing and keeps a very child feeling as comfortable as can be. They answer her millions of questions so she is aware of exactly what they are doing.
Small lobby and we had to wait 45 minutes. Dentist and employees very friendly and professional.
Everything was great aside from the wait time. We waited almost an hour past our appointment time before we were seen.
Gavin loved his dentist! That says a lot since he has a fear of dentist since he was a baby.
Overall, the employees were very nice and treated my 2 year old daughter really well. The doctor as well, but what I have an issue with is that they don’t tell me anything. They don’t communicate with me. They don’t explain what is going on with my daughters mouth. I have to pry it out of them. First time we went to children’s choice, the doctor did not communicate whatsoever, neither did the dentist assistant, nor the receptionists. I was told her teeth were great. They need more experience with children. The dentist needs to communicate what is wrong with child's teeth.
My daughter got stabbed in the mouth. She ended up crying the whole time. She normally loves the dentist... The other four kids that were in the building also were crying. The dentist herself was not very friendly and they packed us in like sardines
We waited for quite a while, and a dental hygienist seemed very preoccupied with the overload on the schedule and being able to take a break they rushed my child’s teeth and 24 hours later she’s still complaining of pain
Had to wait an hour for the dentist to catch up on patients for my son to be seen!
