My son has mild/moderate autism and is very nervous of new places, especially the dentist. We had to change dentists because the last office did not have staff who were very trained to assist children with special needs, especially my little guy. The ladies at the front desk, hygienists, and even Dr. Patal were very patient and understanding to my son and he left with a positive experience. Looking forward to our next visit so that he will become more and more comfortable!👍😊
They staff was friendly and had patience.
My daughter got braces in May she broke a wire and i called for a appointment to fix it, they said next appointment was mid-July. They canceled my appointment. Now It is October. My daughter was in pain i had to cut the wire myself. Before you consider them call act like you have a broken brace or something see how long they expect your child to wait. Also they say they will call back and never dose. i am demanding a full refund and braces removed so i can go elsewhere.
We’ve been going here for all my 3 kids. They’re always very pushy before but I had an emergency and they got us in. Well system went shut and I was sitting there waiting. They definitely should open earlier and make sure their system is up and running before you have the patient in the chair. Not assistants fault but whoever is in charge.
