Ill-trained staff and disappointing customer service They have ill-trained staff who give out wrong information and refuse to take accountability and responsibility for their mistake! I called to verify that they accepted my insurance and was told they did so I proceeded to make cleaning appointments for my 3 daughters. Lied to us on the phone My son did not get to see a dentist, we got there early, VERY VERY RUDE receptionist, in the middle of a sentence with me turned to greet and help someone else. Then when she abruptly chose to speak to me again she told me the crown I called about was not available to my son because he is 15! I told her he was 15 on the phone when making our appointment and she says this first thing, so she KNEW before we drove from Richardson to Irving for a not silver crown why we were coming!
