Had a two part surgery on my daughters mouth. Paid up front and in full! When the second part of the surgery came time to do they didn't tell me they dropped our military insurance and waited till after she had the surgery to bill us another 400 and blamed it on me saying I knew the whole time they were out of network! Seriously who wants to pay more money! Decided to switch dentist and they refused to send over records after several attempts and even the new dentist calling! I took two of my children there for a check up several years ago. I was informed that they both had several cavities in their jaw teeth (baby teeth) that would need to be crowned. I asked if they were sure, since there was no sign of anything wrong and was shown x-rays showing the large cavities inside their teeth, though they were not visible to the eye. I wish I hadn't let them talk me into root canals, and caps only to be at a Oral Surgeon two weeks later having them removed ,,,,and yes they were baby teeth..

They were excellent with our preschooler. That says a lot. We would've given them five stars for his basic cleaning and exam. However, we had numerous issues with the more involved care that our toddler received. While they did try to make this right (and I do appreciate that), we are still regretful that our child has had so many unnecessary traumatic experiences in such a short window of time. My children began visiting Children's Dentistry years ago when it was Dr. Phillips' solo practice. He is a fantastic dentist and has always had a wonderful staff of assistants.
