We came for lunch after church. We got carne asada and chicken bowls, which were good. We liked the Berry and Mandarin Agua Frescas. It can get quite busy during lunch and dinner time. The tables could be wiped down a little faster for new customers looking for a seat.
This has to be the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced. Ordered online ahead of time to give myself time to pick up and for them to make my food the correct way. Seems to me they are either disgruntled or impatient because this was rushed and minimally portioned they call this a quesadilla???? It’s tiny has, no cheese and stuck to the bottom of the cardboard carrier because of how burnt it is. Year later no response how unprofessional
By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Crap attitudes on all the workers faces, not a welcoming environment at all. Went in for lunch around 12:15pm, normal day, normal line. They had no Brown rice, no cheese, and all other food looked stale and old. Do better and be more prepared.
Customer service is so lacking. How do you allow customers to wait line and not have any food left? Well before closing. Communicate when they're entering so they don't waste their time waiting. Where's the leadership or training?
Service here is very slow for a Wednesday 4/17/24. Lunch time 1 person working the line & 1 at the register. The line to the door. Cashier exceptionally slow with an attitude.
