This chipotile is ripping people off daily, they are attempting to charge for extra portions which are free on the burritos and bowls. Called chipotiles customer support line myself and they said they're not allowed to be doing that. Only thing they're allowed to charge extra for is queso, guacamole and meat. They're doing this out of spite and to avoid working more. Customer service at this location is all but non existent as well. Everytime I come here they are out of something 3 hours before close, don’t replace it, or give me like a half portion of food. The rice is also 8/10 hard as a rock and not cooked

Ordered online; had to wait 30 minutes in the store past when my food was supposed to be ready. Chips were super stale and over salted. Portion size for the bowl was small. Customer service was meh. Problem with this place I think is the division between SU and residents of Syracuse city. Employees don't have a stake in the business as hourly workers and don't have the motivation to make good food for privileged uni students either.

This location absolutely sucks and forever will. They never make the orders correctly!! I ordered tacos (through an online order) and got nothing in them. Didn't get what i asked for either in terms of topping. I took another chance as the students are currently not here at this time (so less busy). But what in actual F, seriously how are you guys still open?!! Either the staff is not trained or the owner of this location could care less about the customers. Go early, otherwise they'll be out of multiple ingredients. Out of brown rice, out of black beans, guac is being reserved for Internet orders, and I think they were rationing what was left because they kinda drowned the burrito with cheese which may have been why it was so cold. Guy must have been overworked cause he seemed out of it. Nobody seemed happy to be there. Not the staff, not the dozens of people waiting. I think I'll only ever go to the location on Erie Blvd again.
