This place was horrible!!! Service, horrible. There were at least 5 employees, and the lines were long, and the tables were dirty, we had to clean our own table when one of the workers was on his phone showing pics to another employee!!!!! Giggling and laughing the whole time, never once asked if they could clean a table or if we needed anything. There were no silverware, napkins!! It's just ridiculous! Surely the manager is 16!!! Their food is awesome but this restaurant was filthy! It's been bad on prior visits but this visit was the worst! We won't go back.

It’s likely we caught them on a bad night, but we’re not in a hurry to try again. The entire crew made it clear they had other places and activities on their mind and didn’t want to be there. The restaurant was filthy and the trash overflowing. The restrooms were likewise filthy. The food was fine but not what you’d expect of a Chipotle. Overall, this was a disappointing visit made worse that we’ve not had it in a few years and were really looking forward to it. I was the only one in the restaurant, I sat there for about 8 minutes while 5 workers were talking and asking each other who was going to help me. When one stepped up to help me he just starred at me and didn't communicate much and anything he said was very quite. My food was ice cold and the rice was crunchy. Will not be coming back again.

The facility was completely out of product for the meal I had selected, and upon requesting chips and guacamole, discovered they were almost completely out of chips as well. Usually have always had good experiences here, but last night I was a little disappointed.
