Worst Chipotle experience ever. No lettuce (only spinach). No vegetables. Smallest portion of barbacoa ever. Staff indifferent and the dining area is a mess. Overall, very poorly run. We should have walked away,
Come on Chipotle. I am disgusted with what was brought to my kitchen. My husband after a game stopped by this location to order what our usual order from any Chipotle would be. Unfortunately I found a leaf in my food, the quality of my food was not that great from over cooked rice, little meat and toppings. My husband and I did a mobile order. I got a salad, he got a burrito bowl with extra meat. His had more lettuce than my salad and no extra meat. For what we paid, this is absolutely ridiculous. Why the lack of quality and effort? I've ordered from here before and it's never been like this. Only within the last six months. Fix your issues or find employees that can do the job. Clearly it's a pattern with how many 1 star reviews have similar experiences.
My recent visits to Chipotle at the San Tan location have left much to be desired. Despite multiple attempts, the experience consistently fell short of expectations, making it difficult to recommend to others. The first glaring issue was the repeated mishandling of my order. Ordered through mobile app Burrito had next to NO barbacoa. It was overloaded with rice and beans. They also snuck in two giant pepper slivers that I did NOT order. They forgot one of the bags of chips and the other bag was entirely full of CRUMBS with THREE whole chips. Will be ordering from the Gilbert & 202 location from now on.
