My burrito was fine, but not really up to par from past experiences, but my wife’s tacos were haphazardly wrapped in foil and were a total mess when they arrived. I know it’s hard to find competent employees to work at a fast food restaurant but how hard is it to package food? They really want to raise the minimum wage when simple things like this can’t be accomplished?

A satisfying, clean, and friendly location for your made-to-order Mexican classic. The staff were patient and helpful for kid order. The refreshing drink choices beat sodas. Plenty of seats inside and out.

Here's what sucks. Generally Chipotle is fine. However finding unknown pieces of plastic in your food is kinda disgusting. The staff didn't know what it was and I am surprised they didn't catch it in the first place.

Where’s the chicken?! I didn’t ask for corn?! A new employee, someone I’ve never seen before put barely any chicken in my burrito and corn in it when i didn’t ask for it. Around 9:30 Feb 6. Seriously how incompetent do you have to be.

Stopped in here for dinner while I was visiting from out of town for work. The first employee encounter was a shorter woman, who stared at me and did not greet me, and the first words were "what kind of rice". Not a hello? How are you? Ok. She gives me about 15 grains of rice. I had to ask for more rice 4 more times until there was about the equivalent of 2 spool fulls like normal.
