7:30pm on a Sunday. Literally one person working the line, no one else in sight. Cashier is I guess moving between cash and online orders? Not sure if she’s making the online orders herself or just grabbing it from someone else. Regardless, having one person on line and another person jumping from cash to online orders is extremely ineffective. There were people crowded by the cashier waiting for their online order. I visited on Thursday February 15th and was honestly pleasantly surprised. The workers were all polite and efficient, they gave me an adequate amount of food and all food elements were individually good/well seasoned. For all the slack chipotle gets some days I don't have anything bad to say about this location my bowl was great and I'd return without hesitating.

I'm sure this location doesn't actually meet Chipotle standards. The food here is always cold. The proportions are always small. When you go to this location a few hours before closing, There are always a list of ingredients not available to add to your bowl or burrito. I don't recommend going here ever. The location on Beverly Blvd is way better.

This location is horrible, the staff looked at my like I was crazy for asking for a bean and cheese burrito, I get them all the time when I’m in a budget, they are suppose to charge you for 2 sides + a tortilla, I’ve noticed the price always changes, sometimes it’s $3, sometimes it’s 2.50 sometimes it’s 5.25 and one time they tried charging me $9! The food is good and I will go back. I like the bowl with beans rice and vegetables and meat. This is a great deal and it is fun to go there. The reason this location gets 3 stars is because when I was there the restaurant was very dirty and not kept up at all as you will see by the pictures. Also the service was not good the staff was fighting among themselves which was very unpleasant for visitors to experience.
