What a dump. Half the drink dispensers empty. Restaurant filthy. Worst Chipotle I have ever seen. 3 of 4 lemonade dispensers empty, zero napkins, when restaurant is supposed to be open for another 3 hours. The staff here couldn't care less.

I went to Chipotle on Market Street last night, I usually go to the one on 242 but decided to try this one. I had a very, very unpleasant visit. I think it was the Manager on duty, maybe her name was Beatriz? She was very nasty with me & my kids. Even my 9 year old noticed she had an attitude and asked why she kept rolling her eyes and throwing the food down. I finally just told her I didn’t want it and walked out. I had a very bad experience last Sunday. I am a big fan of Chipotle but I think the restaurant at woodlands have changed a lot and not for good. I was extremely disappointed 😞. Dinning was a mess. Extremely dirty trash over floaded. Bathrooms were dirty not paper. Chips were all burned and the food wasn't tasty. Service manager didn't care about my comments because I requested a different bag of chips but they were all bad. The line crews not friendly and the masks half way on. We arrive at 8, the place appears closed so we check the hours. They are open just high as hell apparently. When I was walking through my order everything went well until the worker ignored my requests for salsa, and when I asked again he reached his hand in and scooped the salsa into my bowl… instead of using the spoon in the salsa. And then he laughed and slid it down to be checked out when I wasn’t done. I just took what I got and left. Don’t bother with this place, The chairs are on the tables 2 hours before closing, and there were about 3 employees standing around with brooms in their hands scrolling on their phone while only 2 people manned the register. The man making the food did not listen to our order and slid our bowl to the end before we were through ordering, then when we asked if he could put corn salsa on it, he slid the bowl back, scooped out a few kernels of corn with his gloved hand and tossed them on top and slid it back down to the end.
