I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle today. The host, Conchata, lacked friendliness and didn't greet me properly. When I ordered a rice bowl with chicken and steak, she became rude when I inquired about the meat. Despite my request, I received steak and pork instead. It's disheartening to pay for a meal and be treated poorly. Conchata also carelessly tossed all her receipts into my bag and bid me farewell with her back turned. I felt unwelcome and won't be returning to this location.

Everytime I order here, they skimp on portions like crazy compared to other chipotle locations. Everyone I know refers to this chipotle as the worst chipotle in Columbus. Recommend Going to Qdoba down the road.
The kid Making the tortillas dropped one on the floor, picked it up, threw it away and put a new tortilla on the warmer without swapping gloves. When I asked him to swap his gloves, he rolled his eyes and scoffed I will, not be Coming back here It’s New Year’s, but that’s no reason to have an attitude if you don’t like your job, maybe don’t work there
UPDATED 12/27/23 - Terrible food preparation tonight. This area is heavily impacted by OSU schedule - so since this is winter break, there was actually no one in the place at 7:50pm. We go here often and a new face on the crew was quick to grab our bowls from the burrito press person and hammer through our food choices - almost like an eastern block Olympic tryout. 100% All business.
