My friends and I come here regularly. The food is great and they always treat us well. I'm leaving this review because I absolutely HATE being embarrassed. I observed whoever the new manager was, treating a new employee poorly because he had a hard time wrapping a burrito. The kid was embarrassed, and I was embarrassed for him. Assuming she will look at this review, shame on you. Treat people better, and they will enjoy working for you. I would never.
I must have gone in on their best day after I read all the reviews. The staff was super nice and friendly. The girl that made our bowl was more than generous with the protein. Some chipotle chefs at other locations would scope a spoon of protein, shake some of the meat off and then put it into the bowl. If I would ask if I can get more meat, they will say, it's extra. This girl got it right from her chipotle training. It's a heaping spoon. Not a spoon and shake the meat off. The place was clean.
I used to go to this chipotle for lunch regularly but haven’t been in about 6 months. Today my boss got us lunch which was awesome! What wasn’t awesome was them completely messing up everyone in our offices orders. Absolutely unreal. Not one napkin of fork, not to mention the quesadillas didn’t have any of the dipping ingredients. Some or the burrito bowls didn’t have any salsa even though it was specified in the order. Do not recommend this chipotle for online orders!
I paid 10$ for a chicken burrito and got something closer to a taco in size. For 10$ I got 1/2 a scoop of rice (at other locations I get triple that) 1/3 of chicken and a literal pinch of cheese for 10$!!! Extremely small portions and food was super dry.
Food itself is fine but the sever guy was so incredibly slow and looked like he barely knew what he was doing, maybe he's new or maybe he was just slow generally but on a night when you don't have many people at all you'd expect it wouldn't take so long for a few relatively simple orders. The other server guy was able to complete at least five orders by the time the first slow guy got done with even two...
