The food is what you expect for Chipotle, but the low review is about the mobile ordering. It's never on time, even when the store is empty. It's always just faster to order at the register.
This location seems like their bowl portion is smaller than other locations as in they fill the spoon up half way instead of getting a spoonful per scoop like other locations but other than that (and a piece of cartilage I got in my bowl) it was really good and fast! I was in and out within 10 minutes it felt like. 👍 -Edit to add but they definitely stepped up their game on DoorDash and most of the time my bowl is not skimped on anything and it’s so filling and tasty! I’m satisfied with their delivery station.
Food is always great, service was okay. I had to wait on my order a few minutes so no biggie....almost tripped on the rug walking into the establishment though so that was kind of scary. I'll be sure to keep my eyes open from now on.
I hate to say it, but I feel like Chipotle has now become a stingy place that is pinching Pennies. Portions are carefully measured and it’s just become a sad place to go. I’ve never seen such a small, sad burrito for such a large price. I’ll be going elsewhere. I took a picture of the burrito next to an Apple TV remote and a tape measure for reference. Sad.
Beware of the p.m. shift employees, I think they are afraid of replacing soda bags (we came in April 8th 2024 around 7:20pm) I told my man at the to go order station the Mr pibb was out and he looked at me like he didn't know they had a soda station.
