Normally I LOVE the food at this restaurant, but today I had a really bad experience. I paid extra for guacamole in my "to go" order. When I got home, all but 2 bites of the guac were hard, solid pieces of avocados. They weren't mashed because they were too hard to mash. So basically I paid for something I couldn't eat. Very disappointed. These never should have made it to the serving area.
Not sure why you guys would close but keep your online ordering active. Placed an order only to find you closed after the order was already paid for. Very disappointed, was counting on that order.
I usually go to this Chipotle and have not had any trouble with the service until today! They totally screwed up my order! The server had to dump out my order once and still got it wrong! I ordered 2 chicken burrito bowls to go and ended up with 2 steak bowls. Not only did I get charged more for the 2 steak bowls, I can't eat steak so I had to pick out all the steak and eat a burrito bowl with no meat at all! Screwed up on the salsas too - forgot to put it on!
