About a hour ago me and my driver came into your store for lunch on our way back to the High Cascade Complex fire, when i went to pay for our meal i was told no, by the employee and then informed that our meal was free. I know to most people this might seem like nothing but to us it means so much more! We spend almost half the year away from our familys for weeks at a time, we work 12-14 hour shifts (sometimes longer depending on your job). We do this 7days a week. I come to this location a lot because I work at Macys. I used to come in more but the app changed and made it harder to order what I wanted online since there is no box for special instructions. I called in my order today and when I showed up, one of the employees who knows me as a customer told me he had paid for my food. He knew i hadn't been in very much since the app change. Absolutely made my day. Everyone at this location is accommodating and hardworking. Go Medford Team!!
I love their food and service. The only thing wrong is it's just too noisy!
We were so excited for our Chipotle trip from Grants Pass, we hadn't had it in about a year! But we were sad to see our burritos were rolled up about half the size as usual and both my friend's steak burrito as well as my barbacoa burrito tasted bland and boring. :( However! my son's sofritas kid meal was tasty and flavorful :) We didn't even order our usual burrito to go for later, kinda dissapointed :'(
Our burritos were really good and we got bowls for lunch today that we're also really good. So happy that they are so generous with their fundraisers & for supporting The American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Jackson County! �
