Our queso and one of our burrito bowls was missing from the order. The burrito bowl that did come was made incorrectly and had brown guacamole (see photo). Not a good look for a restaurant that prides itself on fresh ingredients.
The staff are very friendly and was helping with my order i will keep coming here 😊 I ate a kids meal due to my gastric bypass..
They did a fantastic job during lunch hour. The line looked long, but they made burritos super fast. The downside is that the burritos were not folded very well, but they tasted great.
I never leave reviews but I need to warn people about my experience. Literally found a piece of hair in my burrito bowl. I’m so disgusted. The service was good I can’t complain the workers were nice.
As you can tell from my photos, I was pretty disappointed with my meal. I usually choose this place for fresh fast vegetarian bowl. However today the lettuce was old and browning. I'm shocked that the staff was willing to serve unfresh products. Before getting the food, I waited in line behind 7-10 people for at least 15 minutes. It appeared to me that the staff there didn't really care about the customers. I'm not trying to be rude. I trully hope this will be taken as a constructive criticism.
