I had a friend pick up my order. I ordered chicken and was charged for a chicken bowl but somehow there was not a single piece of chicken. I also ordered extra cheese and there wasn't any cheese either. I ordered lettuce and there wasn't any lettuce either! Seems like I just got rice, fajitas, and tomatos. When I opened it up it looked like someone had dropped it on the floor as well. Never going to this location again I want a damn refund.
Ordered a kids meal with out tortillas. Andrew Wanted to charge me for an adult bowl because she wanted corn & salsa added. So they dumped the whole tray and remade the meal and i ordered a side or salsa and corn salsa with my salad. Taught my child chipotle doesn't care if food is wasted nor the additional packaging of the salsas separate. The exact same order but they felt the need to dump the first one out of principal that you cant get salsa with a kids meal unless its a side. Nice job.
Went there a few times, very inconsistent with their chicken seasoning. Sometimes very salty and sometimes no favor at all. Last and final time is during lunch hour, waited in line for about 30 minutes to find out they ran out of fajitas since opening hours. Could of let the customer know a head of time.
Usually have decent experiences here, but today was awful. I ordered online and STILL had to wait for my food. Then, when I paid I didn't get a receipt and wasn't asked if I needed one (which I did). I asked for one, and the printer wasn't working and was rudely asked, "Do you absolutely need a receipt?" Um, yes I do.. otherwise I wouldn't have asked for one.. which by the way, you should have asked me before you assumed I didn't want one. Word of advice: Don't order online at this store. Went on Saturday July 22 and the food was cold and crappy. Got there around 5:09 and there was an employee putting together an online order and 3 people in line with no other employees up front. 5 mins pass and someone from the back comes up and sees a line and calls for another employee to come up and handle the customers. Very disappointed. Chips were very stale too.
I just ordered online from there and they cant even do the otder right. No corn salsa for this preggo mama, nor no extra cheese....and its not the first time theyve messed up. This place sucks and I'm very disappointed.
There was a bug in our food, the manager was very rude, and tried not to give us a refund. Never eating here again ���. ( PICTURES OF THE BUG WITH THE MISSING LEG IN COMMENTS)
I got home with my order my husband ordered a steak burrito and when I got home with it there was no steak in the burrito at all! I won't be coming back to this location.
