There was a dead bug in my burrito. Not only is this disgusting in general but I am pregnant so this is highly concerning to me specifically. The manager did give me a refund and said I will get a voucher next time I come in but not sure how I will get that as he only received my first and last name.
Food and service were fine, although the portions continue to get smaller as the cost skyrockets. Every single table was filthy and the silverware was completely out while the napkins were almost out as well.
I’ve come here a lot, it’s always a poor experience. I got off work late today and decided to get a burrito. They charged me full price for a half size burrito. Quick to charge extra for guac though.
Ordered chicken bowl pickup. A huge end joint from the thigh came with it. Luckily it was a bowl and I could spot it. Anyone who would've gotten a burrito might have broken a tooth. QC your food!
Wonderful experience today!! The gal at the counter was happy and smiley!! She acted like she wanted to give great service and she did!!A person in our party had a food allergy and they took great care to prepare the food .
