Soooooooooooo slow. I could have made 5 orders happen myself before they could figure it out. I saw the line out the door and I must have seen 15 people walk away because the service was so slow. I love Chipotle food. This will not stop me from going to a different location tho.
I love the food , but went in yesterday to buy a gift card for a Christmas present and was told they were all sold out - the employee said every Chipotle was sold out :-(
Terrible customer service. My co workers and I order from them weekly and the orders are never correct. One of us always ends up going back to get something they forget. The employees are very rude about it. I love chipotle but this store is awful and I don't really want to eat there anymore.
I went to Chipotle in Eden Prairie, Mn on March 31st 2016 and several hours later became severally ill and hospitalized due to food poisoning. I have never been so ill in my life! The Health department was made aware and will be investigating. My symptoms were excessive vomiting, diarrhea, headache, shakes, fever. Normally, we like Chipotle, but when we ate at your location yesterday morning, we were seriously grossed out by something we saw an employee do. A gal working around 11:19 am (that is the time stamp on our receipt) was filling the ice machine with a bucket. To determine if she needed to add more ice, she put the bottom of the ice bucket into the top of the ice machine to determine the level of the ice.
