I love chipotle guys, however this chipotle is EXTREMELY stingy with their ingredients . I want to spend my ten dollars on a quality bowl and every time I am at this chipotle I always ask for extra everything and they act as if they don’t have surplus of these ingredients in the back. They are also always in a rush even when it is not busy and always seem to get orders wrong. Did a pick up order. Was ready on time. Order was wrong. Go back - exchange it for the correct item. Rice is raw. I honestly think it was intentional. How do you have completely cooked rice with raw rice intermixed? I don't mean slightly undercooked - I mean completely raw. Hard rice.
So I was placing my order for a burrito bowl. I requested my rice and beef in one container and my toppings in another container because I like to take my left overs to work. One of the employees actually looked at me and started telling me they weren't going to do that. Like I was doing something wrong. Another employee said they could do it. The first employee was VERY rude. She needs to learn how to chill.
Not sure what was going on today but there was a big disconnect between the front and the kitchen. You have a pull system in place but you still managed to run out of fajita vegetables. Your front end needs to be able to handle these things better with regard to customer service. Myself and several other customers received blank looks on your staffs faces. Each time someone said they wanted fajita vegetables.
Sad rating I know! I'm a huge fan of Chipotle, hands down. As gluten free options are available & the YUM factor is real! But this rating is for the individual store & experience, so I won't sugar coat my review. First, service was bad, once bowl was made, the staff at register left for almost 5 minutes to check on forks. Second, they were completely out of forks.
