I go there frequently but this I have a hard time believing to be a mistake. I ordered food with just beans as a protein and bit into steak. I haven't eaten meat in almost 9 years and I'm definitely going to be sick. I'm going to have a bodily reaction when I start to digest and likely vomit depending on how much I consumed. Morally I'm offended as well and if you have a problem with an order you cannot talk to anyone on the phone and the app pretty much thinks comping the meal makes it all better. I hadn't been to this place in a long time so I thought I'd try it again. I was placing my order and it was almost done when some jerk cut me in line and forced his way to the register. The girl behind the counter asked if we were together I said "No, he just cut in front of me." They rang him up first anyway. The food was okay. It's not real Mexican food, so don't expect that from this place. I told the staff that I was unhappy with the experience and they offered me nothing but a half hearted apology.

Stopped in for a quick lunch this weekend. This location definitely can get busy, especially on the weekend, but the line moves quickly. They have a mobile pick up area, which is a lot of quicker to pre order. Can’t go wrong with the burrito bowl.

Well, I'm just going to tell you about my experience, and of course I will never return to this place again... when you arrive they receive you with a face that it seems that the cashier will hate her work, she takes your order and almost blows your plate so that you leave soon. I actually felt uncomfortable. I ordered a salad and the meat was very disgusting that I couldn't even chew it because it looked like chewing gum. I wouldn't come back.

The only thing keeping Chipotle going is their food. I don't appreciate going to place an order that came with many questions and they skip right over me. The questions were answered however they seemed to be to busy to follow through with continuing to help place my order. Also the seating area was filthy. There was not one clean table to sit at in there and they didn't even bother to ask if it was in house or a take out order. WOW!!
