They will straight up rob you if you place a pick up or delivery order. The people that work here act like it's their food. The portion was so small it was below the crease of the bowl. I love chipotle, but this location I'm done with.
Chipotle locations are hit and miss. This one is consistent fire. They had one bump in my experience with a Rice Mofo ruining the experience of the person in front of me in line to the point where he left, and I almost did too. That being said, other than that, all of my experiences at this locations have been great and it is my go to Chipotle. The employees here are angels lol.
Amount of food can be pretty hit or miss. I have been happy with the amount of food they've put in in the past (2 yrs ago) but it seems like they're starting to tighten the belt a bit (gotten small burritos in the recent past, got 2 bowls today, most Chipotles fill the bowl up to the edge, usually with more rice, even if they skimp on meat and such) - there's a notice inside that they're limiting the amount of rice (the cheapest component) that goes into bowls and burritos, and IMO this time the amount of food was pretty sp... read more
No real issue with the food itself, but don't order online here and be very careful about ordering double protein (esp. for $5 extra). I would say my online orders are right MAYBE 50% of the time at best. Also, I don't know how many times I've order double protein and they either don't give to me (but charge me) or they are super hesitant to actually give me extra meat. If you eat here, I highly recommend ordering face to face.
Portions becoming too small . They posted a sign saying 1 scoop of rice per bowl.. that’s ridiculous $11 for a bowl and we get one scoop of rice ? Also the female staff is rude and always rushing . A lady asked for extra lettuce and the worker was already closing the bowl . I asked for the bag with handles and the female worker said that’s a extra charge never heard of that before… and then she proceeded to say they only give those bags out if it’s more than 3 items… I still said I would pay and I wanted the bag and she caug... read more
