I'm thinking there's a new manager in town! First, the place wasn't totally backed up. Then, the cashier got my name right away and went to get the order, which wasn't quite ready yet. I was only standing there a minute and another guy asked if I had been taken care of. I think this was the manager. Lastly, I got home with my online order only to find the rice missing from my bowl. The 5 stars is for today's staff. At today's lunch hour, this Chipotle's was out of chicken. The staff told anyone waiting in line that there was a wait for chicken and how long. They were very apologetic and courteous. Then when I went to pay, there was no charge due to the wait. That's taking care of your customers.
First time I didn't have to wait long in line so that makes it even better. :) The Rice Bowl portions here are always over flowing. Love their Chips and Guac too. Unlike the new place in town on portions and hard chips.
The staff worked really hard but people ordering online were the priory verses the customers willing to wait in line. Lots of burritos were made but few were for the customers in line...pretty disappointed to wait in line half an hour to nearly 45 minutes at 6pm for assembly line food. It's not the hard workers' fault...it's Chipotle's fault.
I have never had a problem with the service! The food is always great ... long wait yesterday but what do you expect when it Teacher Day and 2 for 1 . Thank you �
