I'm thinking there's a new manager in town! First, the place wasn't totally backed up. Then, the cashier got my name right away and went to get the order, which wasn't quite ready yet. I was only standing there a minute and another guy asked if I had been taken care of. I think this was the manager. Lastly, I got home with my online order only to find the rice missing from my bowl. Key ingredient! I called up the store and the manager got on the line, without me asking for him! All too often, when you call in with a complaint somewhere you're made to feel like a big inconvenience and sometimes a liar. Not with this guy! I was really impressed. Not just because he offered me some free food, because almost everyplace does that. But he said he appreciated the feedback because it gave him a coaching opportunity with his team. I've never had issue with the food before, but the service has not been stellar. This manager sounds like he's working to make improvements with the staff, which has been a common complaint. So, kudos to him!
