We normally LOVE LOVE LOVE Chipotle but the Lodi, CA Chipotle was filthy.. Every one of the tables & chairs were dirty, the floor was covered in food and crumbs and the staff was rude. One staff member up front, 4 staff in the back making a ton of noise. Most disgusting Chipotle ever!
Just found a bug in my burrito bowl. Stayed loyal and a fan this whole time, but that is over with.
Can they please fill the huge online orders in the back? There's a line out the door and the rest of us have to stand in line forever because the online orders hold up the staff trying to help the people actually in the store. That is all.
Food is good but not showing when you have to clean a table to just sit down your drink. Service was ok until employe with dc shoes tattoo laughed at customer complaining about how dirty tables an floors are. Call the number told manager and she said ok anything else I can help you with. What happened to doing your job and earning your money. Three people on break at once listening to customers complain... I payed 12 bucks an you sit on your asses and just look beyond the mess... no wonder you guys are hiring...
