If I could give them no stars I would. The food is alright. It's chipotle. But the customer service was just awful. I've worked at a chipotle before so I know the expectations but the cashier had a nasty attitude and very rude. I paid for two orders and ask for 2 drinks but got charged 3 and when I went to go correct him about the mistake and he proceed with his nasty attitude and got mad and slammed things. Very unprofessional. Next time hire people who actually have the "13 characteristics"
