Worst chipotle i have ever visited. Just went to this one because it was on our way home but never coming back I prefer making the drive to another location. Portions are ver small, and we even asked for extra and this was with the extra!! Paying for a whole plate and receiving half of it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Went to Chipotle tonight. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they don't have lettuce. They had lettuce for their online order according to an associate. They could have put a sign up, so they don't waste my time. Last week they didn't have corn salsa They have horrible customer service. I called their customer hotline and I got brushed off. (1) pretty sure the guy working here was stoned out of his mind…. (2) the chips were extremely salty and stale. (3) the chicken was cold when I ate my bowl. (4) homeless lady out side crying. Wasn’t worth the $14 spent. Go anywhere else

I love chipotle! I always come to the La Habra location! Normally, the service is great the portions are good and the food is excellent! Unfortunately, when I got off work today I got to chipotles at about 9:10 PM because it closes at 10. I wanted my usual burrito and my son wanted one as well! Before I could order the associate said they were out of 60% of the items we wanted in our burrito and that also included the meats🤷‍♂️ I have been a manager for 28 years, not in the fast food sector, but in consumer services. They don't only skimp on food but they skimp on hours of labor, at this location a friend that was a former employee who quit let me know that they are understaffed purposely the two managers in charge are scheduled 50 hours while every other employee is scheduled far less. The ingredients are also already pre portioned as well to be stretched as far as possibly can thats why they are extremely skimpy the more they can save on ingredients the more money could be saved.
