This place just misses lately. Slow, dirty, stingy with everything, every table was a mess, trash is overflowing. Pretty much all bad. It has been like this at least the last 5x I’ve been here, not just a one and done occurrence. I have lived in the neighborhood for over a decade and this is my spot. Not any longer. Corporate/ownership needs to be involved at this point, it’s totally unacceptable and unsanitary. Please help.

Unbelievably small amount was put into the bowl... Maybe that's because of the inflation? But the chicken was as little as one table spoonful. A lady was making my chicken bowl. It was very disappointed. It was never this small before.

This place is a joke... I would've never expected Johns Creek to have the WORST Chipotle ever. The few times I've ordered from here my pickup order was always 15-20 minutes late even when it isn't busy... Furthermore, every time I come here I have never had a good experience with the workers. Because I have worked in food and I KNOW how hellish work/people can be, so I always try to treat every worker with respect. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. Food is still good, just insanely slow. Take out is slow as well. Many items out, slow to be restocked. No lids, utensils need to be refilled, etc. All issues are due to lack of staffing. Line to the door with ONE person running the line + cashier!!!

They are so rude and sexist. I was in line behind four men and they gave me half the portion all the men had. I pay just as much as a man for my meal and I am getting half their meal. The lady with glasses was so rude and cut me off from talking every time I was ordering. It was so embarrassing to order because of how uncomfortable I felt. When they messed up my order they didn’t even try to take the blame for the mistake until I told them I am not eating that. So disappointed!
