I called Monday morning with an issue that popped up overnight with a disgruntled patient. . not knowing how to proceed. I called and immediately was connected with Dr. Hoffman. He not only took the time to hear the whole case, he also provided some excellent counsel that was used upon hanging up and the whole situation has been resolved! Excellent team and I highly recommend them!

This is my 2nd year with the company as I am renewing for the first time and all I can say is wow! No matter who I speak to the service is terrific. Whether they are helping to try and get me a lower rate or answering questions about the expansion of practice and what I need to do to stay covered they know the answers. The monthly online emails with messages and important reads is great as well. I plan on working with them for a very long time.
